Service Plug

Service plug SP02 for Type 2 electric vehicles, is a safety device, that helps maintenance teams (mechanics, electricians, tow services etc.) to work safely on an electric vehicle by blocking the vehicle from moving. Electric car is silent even when the contact is “ON” and without using a service plug, it is always a danger of unintended moving of the car during repair work. Service plug blocks electric propulsion without switching off the electrical system on a car. It fits most of electric vehicles with Type 2 charging socket, and with the use of AC06 adapter, it can also be applied to vehicles with Type 1 socket.
